Roger Huerta will be fighting Gray Maynard at UFC Fight Night 19 in the last fight of his UFC contract. He will be pursuing an acting career, but hopes to return to the UFC at some point.

Huerta (20-2-1), a vicious well-rounded fighter, has 11 wins by (T)KOs, 4 by submission, 4 decisions and 1 by other means. His UFC record is 6-1-0, and his only los was to the recently removed top contender, Kenny Florian.

Huerta faces a tough opponent in the form of Maynard (7-0-0). Maynard was a semifinalist on The Ultimate Fighter 5, losing that fight to the eventual winner Nathan Diaz. one of his victories was a 9 second Ko against Joe Veres.
