With the confusion of how to create custom text links, we at MadHatter figured, Hey! We can teach these affiliates how to do this! It may seem quite complicated but nothings farther from the truth. We have created a step-by-step lesson just for you affiliates.
1. First we need to sign into Shareasale.
2. After signing in, we come to the home page. Once here look for the third column titled “Get Links”. Select “Create A Custom Link To A Page”.
3. Select the website for the program you want to work for.
4. Copy and Paste the website you wanted to link to.
The “Optional – Tracking for your end (afftrack): This text box is so you can add additional tracking information for your analytics.
5. Place your custom link and custom text or banner into the formula.
6. Place formula into the page you would like to see the custom text link or banner.
